We, the Dunn brothers, started out by taking a great risk back in 1997 when we decided to start a construction company.  Growing up in Austin and living in Houston has given us a diverse perspective on how construction works in different markets. Both of our backgrounds included construction, but we felt we had something more to offer.  What we saw out in the field was a lack of supervision and quality workmanship.  We learned how to own and run a business successfully by making sure we always put our clients first.  This still stands true today.  We have had the same loyal staff members for many years, including our older brother who joined our company.  This has made us more of a family than just coworkers.  This genuine group of employees has helped us to create a reputable company. 

We branched out in 2013 to build custom homes and have had great success in Austin and Houston. Urban Constructors is based out of Houston hence why both places are special to us. No matter the location, we research, educate ourselves on the latest styles, and encourage our buyers to participate as much or little as they like.

Listening to our clients is crucial for a successful product. From design, construction, finishes and punch lists, we are actively involved from beginning to end to make sure our clients’ expectations are met.  We have kept Urban a small company to ensure we do not lose sight of who we are and what we represent.  We genuinely have a great appreciation for those who choose us as their builder.  Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Our quality and personal attention to detail is what Urban Constructors stand for.
